Admin pages become significantly slower

    With EventPress enabled: WordPress admin pages become significantly slower.

    Query Monitor shows that init and admin_init are the largest contributors.

    Database queries are not slow, and blocking the mage-people.com news feed does not solve it.

    Disabling EventPress restores normal admin loading time.
