Admin Page Not showing icons

I am having a problem where on my admin page there are a few icons that dont show up. (eg the icons foredit and delete image in a post or page)

Also under My theme section for the admin the icon for that is a box with a red x in the middle as if the icon is missing.

Any ideas would be great
