    Here is another solution that may work, but I don’t recommend it for long term use, because it may be overwritten by WP updates.

    Go to wp-admin/admin-header.php and comment the line 75 like this

    if ( !get_user_setting('unfold') )
	//$admin_body_class .= ' auto-fold';

    This may work if you have tight schedule for your customers.

    That was it…I’m very sorry. I had pasted into the CSS field. I truly appreciate your help and apologize for my stupidity.
