You may reset WordPress Password from phpMyAdmin
(1) Look for a table called wp_users in the left hand pane. It is usually the last item in the list. Click on the user table link (browse option).
(2) You will notice the password is strange, and not plain text. This is because for security reasons, WP stores the passwords as an MD5 hash.
(3) click edit
(4) Use online tools (search for “online MD5 hash” on Google) to create new password in MD5, replace the old pass with new. Save changes.
did this
copied that password and put in the
http://md5-hash-online.waraxe.us/
and when get newly generated code i copied it in previous password location and saved changes..then i tried to login with that new pass..still incorrect password….

I’ve never been able to successfully reverse-engineer a WP password either. Just reset it instead following the guide liked to above.

no need to go for online tools..just follow the steps reffered by t-p
