Admin login issue

hi there i have issue with this plugin once i changes the prefix which was auto generated
everything was working fine but i am locked out and when i visit website wp-admin link it says
Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.
how can i resolve this issue as i alrady remove the plugin and htaccess file entries and also in phpmyadmin database i also remove entries as guided in below both links
