    Trying to login as admin and get the follwoing message:

    it seems a problem related to a plugin.

    try this.

    login with ftp

    go to wordpress folder and head to /wp-content/plugins/

    change the name of “xcloner-backup-and-restore” folder
    to “disabled-xcloner-backup-and-restore”

    try to login again.

    This is a wordpress.org hosted site and I do not have FTP access to this site.

    hmm in that case you should ask to your hosting provider to do that to confirm it is related to plugin or not.
