admin login error after change | WordPress.org

I am getting problem after hacked, i have removed the hacking file and codes, i changed my user name and password using FTP through PhpMyAdmin and update file without backup. Now when i try to login my default login url, it redirect to MyphpAdmin area not to default login form.

How ro resolve this issue, urgent plz

now my website is working, but i have problem with wp-admin page, after changing my user name and password through PhpMyAdmin, my wp-admin page redirect to PhpMyAdmin directories not to default login form. Which php file need to change or modify to get access to wp-admin login page?
