Admin login breaks dynamic content gallery?

Hey y’all,

I had a developer create software that automatically installs and configures a wordpress blog, it configures widgets, plugins, sidebars, etc just fine but something really weird happens…

When an admin logs in, some code is executed that changes the settings in the widgets/sidebars and makes the Dynamic Content Gallery stop working.
