Admin login and reset password not working

    You are going to need some help. Someone that can access the database directly and check the user table and possibly set a new password. When you say the link doesn’t work what exactly is happening?

    When I click on the link that I get to my email to reset the password I get the following message presented on the login screen:

    Sorry, that key does not appear to be valid.

    Hi ts,

    Do you have access to FTP or a file manager where you can rename the plugins folder?
