admin getting blocked while working

    For some reason, sometimes with I’m logged in and working on the site (doing a lot of updates). I suddenly get blocked (32ac07b0-64ff-427b-8283-8b21c7bafe76) and get logged out. I have to wait for a while, but within about a half hour, I’m able to log back in. I’ve added my IP address in the whitelist, but is there anything else I should adjust to not have this happen?

    Hi @aliamm

    That doesn’t sound like our plugin as that string of numbers and letters you have provided is not generated by our plugin. Also our plugin will not terminate your login session. Do you have a full page screenshot of the block page as that may provide clues?

    Thanks for your response. From it, I suspect that the website’s host is probably running some security feature that I don’t know about. This started happening recently. They just got ‘bought out’, so I’ll have to contact the new technical support.
