    Hello!

I am receiving an admin email each time a member changes their password. Is there a way turn off these emails?

In the Email Templates plugin, I don’t see an option for the password change email.

    Thank you!

    Hi @shootitwithfilm

Thank you for using Paid Memberships Pro.

We do not send an email to admins whenever a user changes their password and this should only be sent to the user.

If you temporarily disable Paid Memberships Pro does this issue persist? If not, could you please tell me what Add Ons you are using so we may investigate this further.

This email may be generated by WordFence or Defender if you have those plugins installed, activated and configured.

Wordfence notifies me when an Admin logs in, when the Lost Password feature is used etc.
These can be turned off in the Wordfence Notification Settings.

    Hope this helps.

Thank you! It does look like the emails were generated by WordPress, not the PMPro plugin. So sorry! I installed a plugin to manage the notification emails, which should take care of it.
