Admin cannot vote

Here is a duplicate of questions which I tried to ask by email. I did not hear from you.
1. Since I am the admin who set up both my WP site and the poll, why does YOP Poll Pro not let me vote (“you cannot vote”), and how can I become a voter for testing purposes?
2. To observe standard English usage, would you please capitalize the “Y” in “You cannot vote”? (The first word of a complete sentence is capitalized in English.)
3. Will you please send me the manual for this excellent program or tell me where to find it?
4. Your dark template successfully appears in the first 2 of 5 questions in my poll, but not in questions 3 to 5. How can I apply this template to all 5 questions now that all 5 questions are saved?

While I have your attention, let me also suggest a simple enhancement. It would be good if you could provide, as many other polling programs do, thumbs-up/thumbs-down icons for like/dislikes. Graphical displays, even in this minor way, add an important visual element that builds interest and thereby encourages user participation.
