Hi @afzaliwp
Does this issue occur with a default WP theme such as 2020 or 2021? Maybe there’s a conflict issue with the styles.
Regards,
No, it’s not a default theme. Actually, we had this option working before. but after some conflicts with the ultimate member and ReCaptcha, we changed some of the settings.
How can I find out that it’s a style issue?
Hi @afzaliwp
Please try it with a default WP theme and see if the Profile form will display.
Are you referring to this setting in the link?
https://docs.ultimatemember.com/article/1590-how-to-use-user-roles#role-specific-profile
Regards,
I’m referring to this particular section of the documentation:
https://docs.ultimatemember.com/article/1590-how-to-use-user-roles#profile_access
I tried the TwentyTwentyone theme. doesn’t show what we wanted. just showing the name of the user.
Hi @afzaliwp
How many roles are assigned to your test user that has this issue? If there’s more than one role, you need to make one of the roles as a primary role by adding a priority number. Please see: https://docs.ultimatemember.com/article/1590-how-to-use-user-roles#role_priority
Regards,
Only the Administrator role was assigned to the user but I also set the priority numbers using documentation.
Is there any other solution or anyway to find out what caused the problem?
Hi @afzaliwp
Can you please try creating another Admin account and see if the issue still occurs?
Regards,
I created a new administrator and it only has one user role( administrator) but no changes in the problem.
Hi @afzaliwp
Could you please tell us what content restriction settings you’ve configured on your site? are you trying to show a profile form by a specific user role?
