admin bar not shown

Hi,
Using UM for membership, I’ve conflict with plugins using permissions like User Role Editor or PublishPress Capabilities. These plugins allow to add a second role for user.
When user has its main role not authorizing “show admin bar” in UM, no admin bar will be shown even when secondary role is authorized in UM and in User Role. But he has access through direct link to wp-admin! What’s the trick?
How to deal with this case?

In fact it’s allready done. Main role (member) has no permission for “show admin bar” in UM, but secondary role (operator BA) has “mask admin bar” off and “access to wp-admin”. It’s the same choice as for editor role, who are accessing wp-admin and admin bar.
In User Role Editor, this member with secondary role “operator BA” has all BA permission and option “mask admin bar” not ticked.
HI,
In french version for UM you will see “mask admin bar” instead “show admin bar”, but it’s working in correct way for all the roles listed on my site.
