Admin bar breaks

Hello,

Whenever I click on the individual name of team member, to load the page https://yoururl.com/team_member/#member-name – the admin bar breaks and appears unstyled at the bottom of the page (gap still at top).

Is there some conflict? I’ve changed to default theme and dropped other plugins same issue only on this page (made by plugin).
