The same here. But even worse. Even the login page does not show, saying there is a “Server error” – but the server works normally. I think there is a serious bug in this verion.
I can login and see a bar across the top of my site with nav buttons to access the admin area but when I click any of the buttons I get the 404 error page. My site is http://www.cleverpartiesblog.com

Try:
– switching to the Twenty Eleven theme by renaming your current theme’s folder in wp-content/themes and adding “-old” to the end of the folder name using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.
– resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin.
– re-uploading all files & folders – except the wp-content folder – from a fresh download of WordPress.
– re-running the upgrade manually using /wp-admin/upgrade.php.
