    Sure. You can adjust anything to look like anything… but why buy a theme that is so far from the look you want?

    Its not far. Its just a different background.

    Different background. Different sidebar. Different tabbed navigation bar. Different fundamental markup structure actually. But knock yourself out. There are, however, many themes out there that are much closer to the look you want.
