Adjust Product Price Based on Quantity

    I have an e-commerce website where I am selling rubber bands. I have changed the quantity input type to dropdown menu. So, On the cart page, there are only 2 options for the quantity. 10 & 100.

    The price of both 10 rubber bands and 100 rubber bands is same, but I want the shipping amount to be 20 dollars for 10 rubber bands and 30 dollars for 100 rubber bands.

    Is it possible to achieve this ?
