Also when we delete the shortcode from the post page the adds keep appearing.
We cached the page.
Remote debugging doesn’t seem to be enabled:

You need to flush the caches to regenerate the page.

We already cleared the cache (see previous message).
This is an ordinary post:

If you want insertion only on such posts you need to whitelist taxonomy post-type:post:

However, your are using automatic insertion Before paragraph. In such cases using a manual insertion with a shortcode is not needed:

We’ve added “post-type:post” in the taxonomies field but the adds are still getting published on all post types. However we only want the adds to appear on the posts page like https://landman.re/33-interieur-ideeen-en-inspirerende-vakmensen-voor-een-topinterieur-in-2022/ and NOT on other post types pages. What are we doing wrong? Please add a video screen recording.
No block is inserted:

SHOW us WHERE EXACTLY to insert post-type:post. Send images or a video.
You already set taxonomy list and it is working – blocks are not inserted into ordinary posts:

Blocks should ONLY be inserted into ordinary posts like https://landman.re/33-interieur-ideeen-en-inspirerende-vakmensen-voor-een-topinterieur-in-2022/ as mentioned before. Blocks should NOT be inserted on any other post type!
Then simply invert list type – whitelist taxonomies.
Whitelisting items means enabling insertion when any of the items is present – list is marked with ✔:
