Address modification in order process

    Hi,

    I am lauching my e-commerce website and I have an issue : when a customer has already completed his adress with all the fields, when he wants to order a new item, well in the process, if he wants to modify the address, they are only “country” and “zip code” that appear : the first name/last name, street field don’t appear.

    How can I resolve it ?

    Hi @celinecheng91,

    By default, all address details and fields should always appear in the checkout process. If they only see Country and Zip code, it’s possible that another plugin may be causing this.

    Could you share a copy of your site’s System Status Report? You can find it by going to your admin Dashboard and select WooCommerce → Status.

    From there, select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support“. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here in your response.
