Hi @yennaellmangalore
The most probable reason for this issue is an error in the Google Map API settings.
Unfortunately, we cannot set up Google Map API key for you, since this should be done in your Google account, not ours.
However, I will be glad to lead you to the way you can get the link. Please, open any listing for editing and find Neighborhood section: http://joxi.ru/p27Qn0OUWyoBlr
Then click with the right mouse button on the map or address line and choose Inspect: http://joxi.ru/82Q6kbDUyLjeaA
Click on the error sign and message will appear in the bottom of console: http://joxi.ru/Y2LJ3byiQK90kr
If this does not help, please contact us directly.
Thank you.
Yes, I realised what the error is. The I have not paid to Google for the MAP API, for which it’s not enabled to be active.
There is no workaround with this right?
No, unfortunately, adding payment information is mandatory.
However, almost all of our customers (have not seen others, but do not rule out that they are) use the free plan and they have enough.
You can read more about this at the link – https://estatik.net/big-changes-google-maps-api/
Thank you.
So I did all settings with Google API now, I still get ‘Oops! Something went wrong’ error.
I get the following error message in the Inspect Console now,
Google Maps JavaScript API error: RefererNotAllowedMapError
https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/error-messages#referer-not-allowed-map-error
What could it be?
The most likely cause of this error is a limitation in the settings of your Google Maps API key. Please check that all restrictions are set to none.
If this does not help, please contact us directly.
Thank you.
