There are functions preparing the frontend output. Or can use the whole ad object with all its parameters to create the output.

Thanks for your response. I have used this filter advanced-ads-can-display and return false but still the ad is displayed on the page. Is their anything I am missing or doing it a wrong way.

If you want to create a page without ads, I suggest one of these approaches to achieve the goal.
If you’re using the filter to from the linked documentation above, I would need additional information about the way you build this, a code example and a link to the page where you implemented this to be able to say more about this.
