Upon checking your site, we noticed that you are using the WooCommerce Block Checkout, and you might have made changes in the Classic Checkout Fields tab in the backend.
Just to clarify:
If you’re using the Classic Checkout, please ensure the checkout page is set up using the [woocommerce_checkout] shortcode. This will allow our plugin’s fields to display correctly.
If you’re using the Block Checkout, you’ll need to configure your fields under the Block Checkout Fields tab instead, as Classic and Block checkouts are handled separately and don’t share the same settings.
Could you kindly check this on your end?

Hello… I am using the shortcode for WooCommerce checkout and the Classic with Additional Fields with your plugin. But the fields aren’t showing.

I have the same issue. Productpage:

But no custom fields or changed standart fields are shown.
I use the divi Theme
Ah sorry, i didn’t save the block checkout fields. Not the fields are shown up.
