Hi,

How do I add an additional field? Currently, I can select 3. First name, Last name and email address but I also want to add an additional called phone number.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Mark,

You need to add new fields in your MailChimp account.

Hi @marketingmarky,

You need to define the fields you’d like to use on our form in MailChimp (mailchimp.com). Once the fields are in MailChimp, refresh the forms page (you may need to clear your API cache – see this article: https://yikesplugins.com/support/knowledge-base/api-cache-settings/), and you should see the fields in the same column as the first name, last name, and email.
