Additional Elements ( image ) After Product Desc Excerpt

Hi .
I want this to be as clearly as possible .
Take this as an example : https://madrenature.com/product/huanarpo-macho-liquid-extract-gmo-free-vegan/
Right before the product desc excerpt ( above the quantity , add to cart etc. ) , I want to add elements ( image to be specific , will apply to all single product page ) .
I want that option to be available when creating products in the backend .
How is it possible ?
Any ideas ?
