• I am using a fresh install of WordPress version 2.5.1 and do all my editing in Firefox (don’t have IE to test with).

Whenever I have two or more widgets in the sidebar and I shuffle them around (drag one to be above another), the one I’m dragging jumps much higher than needed. Sometimes, nearly off the screen. As soon as I click on “Save” it’s back to where I wanted to be, so the problem is sort of minor. It just looks odd, like the widget will move a little to the right and then up say five widget spaces to hover over the top one when I only moved it up two spaces, so to speak.

    Any ideas?

  • that’s what it does for me. at first i would grab it from the WAY UP and pull it back down and hit save and everything was ok.

now i don’t even go UP THERE anymore. it remembers where i put it.

i think it is normal but could be wrong.

It looks like a bug, I’d guess, since it didn’t act like this in 2.5.
