Adding tracking code to header (not google analytics)
-
Hi all,
My client would like a tracking code placed in the header of their site and it is obviously running the customizr theme. My question is, is where do I in fact do that. It is not a google analytic code, it is for something else and it is a java script code. I am not all that versed in PHP so I am not even sure if it is formatted correctly. I am learning PHP but I am truly a beginner.
I do have a child theme attached to my customizr theme so there are no worries there and I had read about trying a plugin to insert an item in the header or footer so I downloaded that. I am not sure if that is right thing to go with or if there is an easier way to go about this! Any help would be appreciated seriously! This is time sensitive as the code that we had received is good for 24hrs.
Here is a link to the site:

Also the code looks something like this and I have blocked out specific info:
<script type="text/javascript" src="http://www.sitenamehere.js" ></script> <noscript><img src="http://sitenamehere.com/72715.png" style="display:none;" /></noscript>
