Adding to existing theme hooks/functions

HI,

I’m trying to add text globally on all pages using wp action/filter.
I was gonna create custom one but then I’ll have to add it to many files in the theme as I need it below header section.
Is there a way to extend/add to your existing function for example “zerif_after_header_trigger()”?
