Adding the word “optional” in post comment area

Hopefully this info fills in some gaps. In the comments area of every post at the very bottom of every page, for example: https://www.builtreport.com/raquel-welch-one-million-years-bc-1966/ it says leave a reply and there is an area for comment, name, email, and website. I’m trying to figure out how to put “(optional)” next to email and website.

I’m using the latest ver. of the free wordpress.org wordpress. The theme is MH magazine. Is this a theme issue or is there some code area I can just type the word “optional” in parenthesis next to the words “email” and “website”?
