Adding Spaces within a Table

    Hello,

    Trying to figure out how to add spaces between sentences within the same column in a table.

    At 10:20 am I want to add a horizontal space between session I and session II lines, however have it still line up with the allotted time.

    ALSO – how can I take away the spaces and change the font for the people listed under Executive Panel. I was playing with it and it seems when I take away the spaces in between these people’s ames in the “text” edit screen, it takes away the spaces. However, I have heard that you are not supposed to add in/ take away spaces in the text/coding area.

    I am very new to all of this so please dumbify this for me! Thanks!
