adding some custom fields to 'I Love It' theme?

    Is any one familiar with the I Love it theme?

    I want to create some extra custom fields and a terms and conditions check box to the ‘post submission page’

    The page where the user uploads their video/image, descriptive text etc.

    I would like to add some extra fields and a checkbox to this page but i’m having no luck.

    Any help would be much appreciated.

    Anyone out there who could kindly help me out?

    I’ve created my custom fields using the ‘Advanced Custom Fields’ plugin.

    I then followed the instructions to export the php code generated by the plugin and add it to the functions.php file for the theme.

    The custom fields appear in the relevant wordpress page (in the backend) but do not appear in the front end?

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.
