Adding posts to sub-menus

    I want to be able to add my ;posts; into sub-menus in the main navigation bar. How do I do this as I don’t want to create seperate ‘pages’ for each one.

    i.e.

    Main Menu

    Home About Recipes

    Sub-Menu

    Recipes—>Spaghetti, Tuna Salsd, Soylent Greens, Ice Cream
