Adding Personal Information Agreement after pressing submit

    Hello everyone,

    I am planning on making restaurant reservation page using CF7.

    I want to have Personal Information Collection and Usage Agreement to popup in textbox when someone fill in reservation information and clicking ‘submit’. For people who agrees on agreement can make the reservation request.

    Could this be implemented using CF7?

    You may wish to allow users to submit your contact form only if they accept certain terms. See acceptance checkbox

    This is not available directly in Contact Form 7. It can be done via custom programing but you would need to be rather skilled at WordPress development using PHP and/or jQuery.

    I added agreement at the bottom of the page right before submit button with acceptance checkbox.

    I don’t like the page filled with texts more than 3 lines but it seems to be the best options I could do here.

    My suggestion:     ​​You may create a page for the full text/article for your terms and conditions and then provide a link next to the acceptance checkbox. The link must be open in a new tab so that users who need to read it may do so.

    opening new page sounds better idea than jotting all agreement in contact page.
