Adding Pagination/Navigation to Custom Post Type

WordPress noob here. I am trying to enable next/prev pagination for my custom post type loop, however nothing is showing up. After scouring the internet for a fix I still can’t seem to find a solution.
I’d like to be able to display pages numbers such as 1,2,3,4,5 and a view all to display all posts on the particular page.
