Adding new entry show WordPress userlist

    I have created a table generated by sql query. The table has 4 columns. Blood Donation Date, Donated To, Donation Reason & Hospital Name.
    When I want to add a new entry in the “Donated To” column, it should show wordpress users list with a search button, from where I want to choose one user as column value.
    Is it possible to do?
    Please help.
