Adding multiselect or multicheck to theme options.

Hi. Please give me a working example of multicheck or multiselect function in theme options. I’m search over internet and nothing is found. All function that I found doesn’t work. I try to add multicheck support to standart theme options that you can find over internet. I have a headake. Can someone give a working solution? Please. Thank you.
