you have to put share api url for your networks, for example twitter.com

https://twitter.com/intent/tweet?url={url}&text={title}
replace the title & url by parameter
{title} = Post Title
{url} = Post url

That’s all
you need some CSS hacks if the icon doesn’t display correctly on front-end.
