Adding manually a file (invoice) to completed order

Hi,

I want to manually upload an invoice to a completed order. Is this possible with the free version of the plugin?

I have seen this thread (https://wordpress.org/support/topic/adding-manually-a-file-to-completed-order/), but I don´t see that “Upload attachment in admin order” option in my order details (the completed orders).
