Does the logo show up when you open the Template settings page/tab?

Yes it does.
Once opening the pdf file, this symbol appears instead of the image:
http://oi61.tinypic.com/14pbwm.jpg
Did you try to change the filename and upload again? Will look into it today.

Yes. But no luck unfortunately..
I don’t have a pc at the moment, but I think it’s the uppercase extension. Please change it to lowercase like .png (instead of .PNG). In the next update I will add acceptence of uppercase extensions.
Edit: It is lowercase already. Never mind. 🙂
Do you have the right permission for the uploads folder?
Does the invoice show the company name?
What happens if you try another image?

Thanks for your reply.
– Not exactly sure what you mean, but I have fully access to the images (admin)
– No, the company name doesn’t show up either
– Tried several images, different size, png or jpg, different names
Please deactivate and activate plugin. When that’s not working I’m guessing it’s a conflict with another plugin.
It works fine with me. Made the logo a little bit smaller btw.

hmm too bad, that didn’t work either.
I also had the plugin ‘WooCommerce Print Invoice & Delivery Note’ activated, but deactivating it didn’t help.
Thanks for the support though.
I also have the above mentioned problems, exactly the same scenario.
The logo preview appears under Woocommerce>Invoice>Templates , but nothing shows on the actual PDF File.
I have sent you an email with the credentials of my dev link and access codes and also a PDF with no-image show attached.
Please post here the answer/solution so everyone can see
Yes will do it asap! Thanks
I’ve tested some logo’s and it seems that MPDF has a problem with a subdomain in the url. It’s because the dot.
Won’t work: test.baselbers.com/image.jpg
Will work: baselbers.com/image.jpg
For now please try to get the image from a url without a subdomain. I will try to come up with a solution in the next update. Will speak to MPDF also.

Sorry for my late response. Thanks for looking into this.
I don’t think I can choose whether the image comes from a subdomain or not. So I’m looking forward to an update.
It’s possible that your .htaccess file is interfering the way images are loading. Please check your .htaccess.
I’m speaking with MPDF about this problem now.
Any updates on this matter?
I’m sorry for the inconvenciance. Will be asap!
