adding logo on infoway

hi there, I love this theme, but I’m using wordpress.com and I want to add our logo somehow visibly in the header or top half of the screen on each page without using the header image which is too large. Any ideas?

Thank you in advance. I don’t mind updgrading if I have to to do CSS but I’m not a coder so I wouldn’t know how to do it – is there an easier way short of using the widget image which would then still be low on the page and always on the sidebar rather than part of the top of the web site.

I’d really like it to be just under the phone number.
