Adding link URL automatically

When I add an image to the slide show from my WordPress upload folder, the image settings include a link URL field which is initially blank. I want it to point at the uploaded image.
Is there any way of populating the URL field automatically. At present, for each image, I have to go the upload directory and “cut and paste” the url into the field in the cyclone set-up screen.
