I recently posted a new Testimonial after a long time, and it’s adding an extra line to the post, duplicating my Title, that isn’t something I entered anywhere. It appears to be an image of some kind. I knew at one time how to get rid of this but can’t remember and can’t figure it out from comparing older post setups to the current, new one. The settings all look the same and the category selected is consistent.
    Any ideas anyone?

The link to the page is:

    Thanks,
    Liz

It looks like that text is the ‘alt’ text auto-replacing an image that isn’t being found in your theme. For the other, older testimonials you may have specified this particular image from your uploads folder:
http://informationdesignanddelivery.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/11/shim.gif. Without explicitly citing that source, it’s trying to fall back to the one above that can’t be found.

That’s just my take on it, though I don’t know how your page/theme is set up.

Thanks so much Bill, that was it. I had setup a new default shim.gif image to replace the image that it originally defaulted to. Sometimes an extra set of eyes makes all the difference.

That’s great! More of a guess than an answer, but I’d hoped you’d recognize some part of it. Please mark this as resolved if you would.
