Adding external URL to Nav Bar (Page Listing)

Hi everyone,

I’m running a blog (http://www.metaversejournal.com ) and the pages are listed across the top – what I’m wanting is to add a further link but in this case it wold point to an external URL when clicked. How do I do this? I’ve searched the documentation and can’t find this specific solution.
