Adding external js

Hello well i’m converting my site to wordpress and i’m trying to add

<script type="text/javascript" src="http://connectingtoserver.com/api_calls/inc/jquery_002.js"></script>
	<script type="text/javascript" src="http://connectingtoserver.com/api_calls/inc/webapi_es.js"></script>

this to a specific page but i wouldn’t mind if it had to be all the site. I already tried adding it in the page, header.php, and scripts.php and they aren’t working.
