Adding exhisting theme to another website

I have a client who wants his existing website transferred to another domain. The website is going to remain the same, only the domain, phone numbers and location will change. Is it possible to transfer the theme to a different site? The theme isn’t free and if I have to charge him for the theme I want to know. I looked on the CPanel on the host and didn’t see a way to transfer.
