Adding Emails to WP themes

    Hi all

    Currently working on http://www.luxuryselfcateringaviemore.co.uk and would like to edit/change the email on header and footer.

    The code currently displays the follow …
    * XXX = numbers

    When I try to change these numbers for the email address, nothing happens. Yet when I paste that full code here, it changes to the full email address

    Any ideas why this is. I do try and research answers for myself before asking on here but have tried googling with but no joy hence my question.
