WooCommerce doesn’t have this option built-in. There are many free plugins available that can help you to add this custom column on the taxonomy (product categories, tags, etc) pages. Please check the following link:

Firstly, thank you for your reply.
Your suggestion is very nice, but unfortunately there is no date column for product categories.
Also, I tried to do it with link and still no results. Could the categories be devoid of date assignment?

If you didn’t find plugins to do that, it would be great to have you add your ideas to the Ideas Board, which is where developers go to look for future plugin features and improvements.
