Adding custom pages to sitemap

Hi, I’ve just changed the theme for my website.
The previous theme used a static page as homepage while the new one use custom posts.
I noticed that now my homepage is not included in the sitemap generated by the plugin (for both languages of my website).
So I wanted to ask if there’s a way to manually include my homepage in the “page site map”.
For now I switched to another plugin (just for the site map) but I’d rather just use yoast’s if possible.
