Adding Custom Pages Programmatically to Sitemap

I have a ton of pages that get served up outside of the wordpress taxonomies & wordpress database tables.
How can I tell Google XML Sitemaps plugin to include these custom pages programmatically? The # of pages is in the thousands so it is not feasible to use the add “Additonal Pages” feature:

Here you can specify files or URLs which should be included in the sitemap, but do not belong to your Blog/WordPress.
For example, if your domain is http://www.foo.com and your blog is located on http://www.foo.com/blog you might want to include your homepage at http://www.foo.com
