Adding another blog

    Hi, I host my own blog and would like to host another one with a new theme. My blog is called (www.myhostname.com/blog). Is there anyway I can have another blog using say, (www.myhostname.com/anotherblog)? Thanks

    Yes, you can easily install a separate WordPress into another directory on your site and give it its own database.

    …you could even use the same database if you wanted.

    just use the same settings you have in your current wp-config.php, in your NEW wp-config.php, with one notable exception.

    Make sure you change the table prefix for your second blog, otherwise you’ll have two of the same blog 🙂
